As a Program Manager at Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS), I oversee the development and implementation of various educational programs and initiatives for the Judy Center Early Learning Hubs. With over 27 years of experience in the education sector, I have a passion for improving student outcomes and enhancing teacher effectiveness. I am currently working on a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a focus on Special Education, from Bowie State University. I also have a background as a Principal and an Assistant Principal at PGCPS, where I led and supported school improvement efforts, curriculum development, staff evaluation, and student discipline. I have strong skills in educational leadership, teacher training, and special education, as well as a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. I am excited to continue to contribute to the mission and vision of PGCPS, and to bring my expertise and experience to the team.
