This full-time position handles the overseeing of up to 20 New Business processors for Forethought and Delaware Life clients. In this position, I participate in resolving customer, agent, broker/dealer and client complaints, questions, system enhancements and other administrative issues. I help guide employees by training, guiding, coaching and developing associates be able to process New Business applications. I manage workflow queues to make sure items are completed within standard Service Level agreements.

This full-time position handles all Sammons New Business correspondence that is sent in by representatives for setting up of new Mutual Fund and Annuity Accounts. I assist our associates on the Sammons team in processing and taking phone calls quickly and efficiently. In this position besides handling New Business processing, training, phone calls; I also process Post Issue items (Purchase, Redemptions, Outgoing Fund Transfers, and Death etc). I assist management with Gain/Loss reports. I attend quarterly Statement of Account meetings to help with making sure quarterly Service Levels are being met. I also help other areas as needs arise such translating Spanish calls, Processing for Prudential and the Print Center to mail out Statements to clients and representatives at the end of each quarter. This position also required the passing of the Series 6 exam.

This position handles all correspondence on existing contracts that are sent in by clients and representatives for processing of Redemptions, Loans, Death claims, and Divorce claims, Purchases, Outgoing Transfers on their Annuity, Mutual of Omaha, Structured Settlements and Life insurance accounts. I am part of the Post Issue team and I also have a processing queue that is monitored only by me and a couple other associates daily that consist of Mutual of Omaha, Structured Settlements and Life Insurance processing. I also help other areas as needs arise such as the Call Center taking overflow calls and Spanish calls, the Print Center to mail out Statements to clients and representatives at the end of each quarter and our New Business team to help set up new client applications.

This position in the National Service Call Center handles incoming ACD/Switchboard phone calls, Spanish calls, provides immediate and accurate response to callers, performs research and respond to callers within established guidelines, and processes exchanges on Annuity, Mutual Fund, Mutual of Omaha, NEA and Retirement accounts. This position requires providing excellent internal and external customer confidence and satisfaction by making accurate, on the spot decisions based on Company guidelines.

Input new traffic tickets and new cases. Prepare documents for court trials, take incoming calls and provide customer service. Translate for Spanish speaking clients during court proceedings as well as daily interactions.

This position requires the ability to take incoming calls in mainly Spanish and some in English to help people who that have questions or cases pending with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. This position required that you pass the 7-year background check issued by the KBI before taking calls.

This position required to have all invoices and statements for the company to be posted and paid on a timely manner each month.

Performed the functions required to support four Sales Representatives by taking incoming calls, typing up proposals and enrollment paperwork for small businesses looking for insurance for their employees. This position requires the ability to pass the Health and Life test given by the Kansas Insurance Department to be licensed to sell insurance in the State of Kansas.

Performed the functions required to adjudicate Underwritten Business Claims. The position requires the ability to withstand the pressure of meeting production and National Performance Standard Goals.
