Yolanda is responsible for the operational management of our clients’ companies, ensuring compliance with Irish legal, fiscal and financial reporting obligations. With over 10 years experience managing clients’ Irish operations, Yolanda has an extensive understanding of our clients’ corporate, financial and administrative requirements. Yolanda works closely with clients to develop a tailored service that meets their corporate governance, financial reporting and bespoke administrative requirements. Yolanda acts as a director of our client’s Irish entities, thereby ensuring that the highest standards of corporate governance are adhered to. Yolanda is a qualified accountant and a graduate of University College Cork with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Most recently, Yolanda worked as a client manager at an international corporate services provider in Ireland. Yolanda has managed the operations of Irish subsidiary entities of multinational companies involved in such diverse activities as international property management, intellectual property licensing, aircraft leasing, management consulting and structured finance and debt issuance transactions and is experienced in assisting companies with the initial set up of their Irish undertaking and the subsequent management of these undertakings on a continuing basis.Specialties: Corporate Administration and Trustee Services, IP Migration, Holding Companies, Structured Finance and Securitisation, Aircraft Leasing and Outsourcing
