As a Registered Dietitian & New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, I excel in guiding patients in achieving short- and long-term health goals by helping them improve their dietary habits. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I work with diverse client populations, teaching them to understand the impact of diet on their health while encouraging them in transitioning to healthier lifestyles. Currently, I work as a Nutritionist, providing outpatient medical nutrition therapy to patients with chronic and acute conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and more. I have been working with clients remotely for the past two years and previously in person, helping patients craft actionable plans to modify their eating habits and achieve tangible results. I am skilled in HIPAA-compliant remote communications.I also apply my communications skills to lead diabetes management classes for high-risk diabetes patients and to train new nutritionists.A member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Vegetarian Nutrition Practice Group, and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, I hold a Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetics from New York University.
