As a seasoned higher education professional with over 15 years of experience in academic and student affairs, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and educational leadership to my work. My expertise spans diversity and belonging and a strong clinical background in family therapy and victim advocacy.As the Faculty Director for Teaching Development and Effectiveness at the University of North Texas (UNT), I lead initiatives focused on enhancing teaching practices, professional development, and mentoring for new faculty.
