ISO 9001,TL9000 -STPS.-Supervise direct and indirects employee -HC monitoring -OT Trainner monitoring & improve acording to the ratios system.-Design, implementation and monitoring of training processes.-Coordinate support to production lines with trainners to run new programs.-Support to quality & engineering to run pilots programs.-Assure the implementations of changes reviews documentation throught the process.-Implement the job descriptions for personel on training departament.-Implement Auditors training matrix to increase the cross training.-Monitoring the initial training básic & specialized.-Coordinate & traking ramp up of new employees throught charts.
