Provided key leadership to young philanthropic organization, which in 2012 was awarded Outstanding Foundation by National Philanthropy Day of Colorado.Managed grantmaking program and grantee relations for the foundation. Directed the foundation’s philanthropic initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean and in several regions within the United States. Responsible for building community partnership with nongovernmental organizations, reviewing grant proposals and scholarship applications and writing recommendations to Foundation’s President and Board of Directors.
