Home Infusion Nurse part-time. Initiated patient home IV therapy per order provider orders. Opened new cases and provided home infusion education on any new medication and home infusion pump devices. Available 24/7 on-call to assist patients and family work through any issues that may arise from adverse reactions or pump device malfunction.

Charge Nurse, 6 Bed ER. Responsible for patient Triage, scheduling of staff, patient care, Preceptor for new staff and orientation.

ER Charge Nurse/Staff Nurse; 22 Bed, Level II Emergency Department. ACLS Instructor. MICN - Mobile Intensive Care Nurse, trained to transport critical patients to higher level of care via ambulance and also provided radio communication between Paramedic Staff and ER Physician utilizing approved Emergency Protocols to provide critical guidance on all AS Emergency responses.
