Provide companionship and emotional support, assist with mobility ad transfers including assistive devices as needed, perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients,escort clients to appointments or outings as required, and follow all resident rights policies and procedures.

My role began as a customer service representative for the first 10 months and then I was promoted to Customer Relations to avoid losing a customer. In June 2008 that department closed down and I transferred to Customer Service Escalating queue where I would assist associates in finding information or how to handle a call as well as sometimes taking over an escalated call.
