Maintains open communications with the customer and good customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction.o Assist to retain customer and to participate in customer contract renewal.o Prepare customer/management required reports detailing operational activities at assigned facilities for the reporting period.o Review all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and specified contracts.o Direct schedule and manage assigned facilities workload.o Manage the day-to-day contractor performance regarding technical contract specifications, contractor problems/issues, contractor performance and contract administration.o Track, analyze and trend assigned facilities costs, energy consumption and operational data.o Manage and ensure proper scheduling of day-to-day and long range activities for assigned facilities.o Ensure that all programs and procedures of the operating staff are being implemented.o Manage and supervise facilities personnel including hiring, promotions, and recognition, discipline and personnel terminations.
