My passion lies in leveraging my expertise in talent management, organizational leadership, and advocacy to drive positive change within NGOs and international organizations. I am particularly focused on HR practices, leadership development, and advocating for the rights of women, children, and immigrants, especially in the context of immigration issues. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and delivering impactful contributions.Currently, I serve as the President of the Local Committee at AIESEC in Magdeburg, Germany. In this role, I have spearheaded strategic initiatives, leading board administration, strategic planning, and member development, propelling the committee to new heights of success.Previously, as the Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC Magdeburg, I spearheaded talent management initiatives, collaborating with team leaders to identify talent needs and implement effective strategies for member engagement and retention.My diverse background also includes serving as the Assistant to the Assistant Clerk of Parliament at the Parliament of Ghana in Accra, Ghana.Key achievements include:- Elected Head Delegate for the University of Ghana team at the National Model United Nations conference in Washington DC.- Revitalized AIESEC Magdeburg as Vice President of Talent Management, leading to my election as President.- Gained significant knowledge in HR practices through hands-on experience in talent management.
