· Project manage the design (and annual re-design) of Sales incentive plans for the Investor Education Sales group. Strategize, evaluate, back-test, and recommend design concepts and mechanics. Forecast and model performance and payout distributions against budget and prior year. Coordinate plan approvals, develop communication materials, and build employee calculators· Processing/Management of quarterly, annual, and special incentives. Accurately calculate and process incentive payments according to plan guidelines and payroll schedule by building dynamic calculators and efficient timelines.
