My work which is actually FUN is with Operation Promised Land, I choose to volunteer my time for them. I began this after I joined as a member and could not get enough of the Mission of this not-for-profit organization. They support people to create sources of "passive" income streams for their families. And they do mean passive, if I'd known about this organization when my business in early 2008 was not making money, I could not pay payroll and the rent each month I would have signed up A.S.A.P. But I know now and I share it with everyone.I also work and enjoy the mortgage industry. I've worked with mortgages and escrow since 1990, but with so many day to day changes in this business it's really an ongoing challenge for loan originators. I execute the best possible loan scenario for my client base, as I always have and always will. I work on a referral basis and I've been quite fortunate work with a firm that is technologically savvy and keeps its eye on the pulse of our market place. My clients are kept abreast of what is occurring on their transaction as it is processing. Being a Full Service financial institution I work with each client based on their present financial position. For example: no credit, limited credit, poor credit, great credit, limited income, limited savings available. Doesn't matter- a thorough review and analysis will be completed to determine what path we need to take to get them into their new home, commercial building or refinance their present home loan or commercial property.Specialties: Management, organizing people, organizing projects, having vision, working with a team, coaching, follow through, expediting, living up to my word.
