• Ensuring completeness such as SPK, Drawing, BOQ have been received from PHR as a reference for work in the field.• Together with the survey team, conduct a topography / surface facility survey to make drawings and ensure that the estimated work volume is in accordance with the BOQ that has been given.• Drawing assistance with the PHR team to ensure that the drawings made are in accordance with the conditions in the field.• Coordinate with the PC team if there is additional/less work after conducting field surveys.• Together with the PHR and TPE / Prosys teams, conduct a site kick off meeting before the project starts• Ensure complete documents such as CEP, Drawing, Under Ground Cable etc. are in the field and fully approved when the kick off meeting is held.• Support the Construction team such as making lifting plans, requesting materials and carrying out markup drawings if there are changes or additions to work in the field according to the request of the PHR/TPE/Prosys team.• Make Asbuilt drawings if the work has been completed until Fully Approval by the SPK owner for complete document close out
