As the Director of Strategic Business Solutions, I lead as a consultative partner with our future clients on US domestic and international talent mobility solutions, providing program guidance to propel the achievement of strategic objectives. Leveraging extensive experience in administering relocation programs, I am responsible for business development, serving as a thought leader and consultant on industry trends and relocation policy for Cartus. I place a focus on listening to understand client needs and foster collaboration throughout the organization to ensure we create successful relocation management and distributed workforce solutions. I enjoy being a mentor and provide guidance and training in the development of teams and our new hires. As the Director of Account Management, I led the operational management of our clients’ global mobility function. This included overseeing policy and service delivery.An energetic collaborator, I partnered with multiple departments, including client HR, the compensation team, and the policy design team in the implementation of policies and the development of products.
