- Execute and coordinate New Product Introduction.- Design and develop cost-effective machining process for high-mixed low volume parts and mass production.- Innovate stable and user-friendly jigs and fixtures to maintain product quality. - Create and establish toolpath program for CNC milling machines with Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain controllers.- Optimize and improve the machining process, work-holding methods and toolpath of parts.- Create comprehensive tooling list, process setup sheet and work traveler.- Communicate and discuss parts requirements with post-machining process suppliers such as surface treatment and coating.

- Implemented reverse engineering to analyse the BOM list of the Machine parts.- Coordinated with the production assembly team to create a detailed and oriented operation method sheet.- Established and conducted the New Product Introduction with the supervision of the process engineer.- Designed a more organised production section layout for the Shingijutsu Kaizen workshop to reduce the cycle time.
