Responsible for the instructional technology needs of my school and with working closely with faculty and staff to ensure student success. Day-to-day duties include creating and managing user accounts, deploying hardware, lab maintenance, OS imaging, printers, phones, and inventory. Tasked with setting up and troubleshooting hundreds of devices ranging from Windows laptops and desktops to iPads, Chromebooks, and smart panels. Also offer crucial support for computer-based testing by maintaining devices, running updates, and assisting with technical issues. Working one-on-one with teachers in the classroom to ensure they are trained and feel confident with the available technology.
