At Sage Equity, Yomesh and his team have created a portfolio of $150+ million in assets under management or development, primarily in the North and South Carolina markets. As COO, Yomesh is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to achieve strategic goals at Sage Equity. Yomesh brings 18 + years of experience in Real Estate (Commercial & Residential) and directly responsible for driving growth and operational efficiency across all the areas of the company. Prior to Sage Equity, Yomesh was an information technology executive with progressive leadership experience of over 20 years in Data and Analytics. He spearheaded numerous initiatives to achieve client goals through extensive knowledge and experience in data, analytics, program management, and solution delivery. He led a variety of teams comprising between 5 to 60 members focused towards delivery of tactical and strategic initiatives around data management, enterprise reporting and advanced analytics. He demonstrated success in people management through trust based relationships with direct reports, peers and clients alike.
