Axcel International Academy is piloting an innovative approach to increasing the accessibility of higher education. I work part-time, developing curricula, conducting internal verification of delivery and assessment procedures, and lecturing in research methods.

I worked within the Human Rights Council and Treaty Mechanisms Division. I supported the 39th Regular Session of the Human Rights Council; producing a report on the Long-Term Efficiency Process of the Council; and assessed 100+ complaints received through the confidential Complaint Procedure.

Led team of 10 in pioneering OSC’s first batch of dedicated English as a Foreign Language and IELTS courses, managing 6 simultaneous courses for 100 residential students. Co-ordinated non-academic activities, curriculum delivery, marketing, relationships with stakeholders, and course finances.

Research and developed 3 education programmes to address challenges facing public-sector education in Jordan, across areas of school leadership, teacher training, and EdTech.

We developed and implemented a social entrepreneurship training programme, in collaboration with the Cambridge Judge Business School and the University of Dar-es-Salaam, aiming to address the challenge of underemployment in Tanzania. I oversaw the design and piloting of 7 social enterprises, including a mini-grid, a plastic-waste recycling company, and a producer of reusable sanitary products - 6 out of 7 start-ups successfully secured seed-capital.
