I was in charge of all business-related activities regarding the Sastra Film App (only) from Q2 to Q4. This includes social media purchases, sponsorships, marketing, content sales, and the development of the app. My primary focus as a business development manager has been on leveraging sales agents for our talent management team, as well as remodeling the Sastra Film app into a new portal for in-app advertising and in-stream commercials. Furthermore, we were able to form a strategic partnership with one of the country's leading telecommunications companies to secure our primary source of revenue during my short tenure.

As the project development manager, I was given the responsibility of managing and supervising the whole technical development of Sastra Film's first-ever video-on-demand platform, which included its mobile and web versions, in order to maximize business investment and revenue streams. During its first year of operation, we were able to win the country's most prestigious tech award, the Cambodia ICT Award for Best Digital Content of The Year (2021).

During my time at EKYC Co., Ltd, I was in charge of all designs involving the company's products. Collaborating closely with our team of developers and engineers, I worked to design intuitive interfaces that made it effortless for users to capture, select, and extract text accurately. Through user testing sessions and iterative design processes, we refined the OCR feature until it became an indispensable tool for businesses across various industries. Moreover, I was also fortunate enough to work on the facial recognition feature ensuring that users felt comfortable interacting with this feature while maintaining control over their data. My biggest challenge was to fit all of these features inside a Sunmi P2 handheld POS terminal screen, which has limited space for information. Not only that, I was involved with various CDMs both for internal use as well as external use of our APIs control center.

At Nest Innovation, we provide technological solutions to brands and partners to grow their business and reduce costs by developing web and mobile application solutions and improving company processes. To leverage the cost, I and my co-founder worked with only freelancers handpicked from the best school in the country to help us with a project-based commission. At its peak, we were able to work with over 10 projects a year. My main job was to close those deals in a timely manner while ensuring all is completed in a cost-efficient manner.

As a general sales manager, I oversee and manage the sales activities of the sales in the company. My work also includes hiring and training sales staff, ensuring that the company meets its sales targets and customers' expectations, and developing a strategic plan.

Providre was a startup, which my friend founded back in his university years, in the hope to create a centralized application that allows users to search for local contractors to perform work within their homes. My task was to oversee the day-to-day operations as well as the cash flow of the company.Through Providre, I was able to learn various skills such as customer account management, operation management, budget management, marketing, and many more. This meaningful experience is the result that I was able to make changes in my next venture.

It was a 6 months internship in which I am responsible for assisting my supervisors with their research topics. As an intern, my tasks include conducting research, compiling data, implementing ideas, and helping write papers. I was also involved in organizing multiple research events for the institutes such as logistics and others.
