In 2016, I made history as the first male diver to represent Jamaica at the Olympic Games. This achievement marked the beginning of a trailblazing journey that took me from zero international diving experience to becoming a World Cup silver medalist and narrowly missing an Olympic Final by just 8 points in 2016—and 3.8 points in 2024. I accomplished this while earning a 2:1 in Sport & Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University, balancing the demands of elite sport with academic excellence.My success stems from embracing a performance mindset—a philosophy that extends far beyond sport. I approach every aspect of life with purpose, adaptability, and the drive to continuously improve. While the path has not been without its challenges, each misstep has been an opportunity to learn, adjust, and move forward.In addition to my athletic accomplishments, I hold an ILM qualification in Coaching & Mentoring and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Sports Management. These credentials underpin my passion for empowering others to achieve their goals, whether through performance coaching or public speaking.I am also deeply committed to the development of sports in Jamaica.
