In my role as CEO/Managing Director, I was responsible for the organic growth from 40 to 100 employees, the successful development of new market areas and the transformation of a traditional SME into an agile and digital real estate organisation. In addition, I have many years of experience as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors in several real estate project companies.My core competencies lie in the areas of corporate strategy, implementation, corporate governance and stakeholder management.
