Peble Handling Materials Expansion Project (Area 323 - Peble Handling). The aim of the project is to prevent the iron balls coming out of the SAG Mill / Ball Mill from being carried and processed to the Secondary Crusher. The iron ball is caught using a large magnet located at the top of each chutes along the conveyor and dumped into the available Bin.2. Transfer Station Expansion Project (Area 314 - Transfer Tower). The aim of the project is to perform a by-pass material system from: 1. Primary Crusher to Stockpile via Transfer Station and 2. Secondary Crusher output returns to Stockpile via Transfer Station, if one of the conveyors is damaged or repaired.3. Stockpile Reclaim Chute Maintenance (Area 313 - Stockpile). The aim of the project is to replacing liner plates of 2 unit chutes in Stockpile Reclaim Area on scheduled shutdown.4. SAG mill vibrating screen and pneumatic gate project (Area 322 - Milling). The aim of this project is to replace the existing single-deck into a double-deck vibrating screen to optimize the absorption of crushed materials and replacing the existing chute into a modified chute with pneumatic gate to switching material from the outlet of SAG Mill to another conveyor that goes to the Secondary Crusher.5. Fabrication, maintenance, repairing and replacement activities was requested from our client to optimizing copper production in Sentinel Copper Mine plant.
