- Provide service and program information related to Alumni Relations services to alumni and partners.- Respond to various inquiries from students, alumni and partners (i.e., telephone, electronically, walk in).- Organize, arrange, and support the establishment of alumni associations in Study Program.- Maintain current relations, enhance new collaborations and opportunities to enhance beneficial relations for BINUS Online Learning and alumni.- Facilitates networking among alumni and students in BINUS University- Enhance the alumni experience and delivers greater value to BINUS University and BINUS University community- Provide effective interaction and communication with alumni and alumni’s partner- Conduct required activities and events related to alumni association- Organize alumni activities in order to establish alumni community (e.g., Alumni Award, Alumni gathering, HR gatherings, training, seminar, reunion events, Alumni membership)- Maintain effective communication and organize programs and/or activities to enhance relations between alumni, students and BINUS University- Review activities and programs related to Alumni in BINUS University- Propose improvement program related to the alumni community & association
