With over 10 years of military service in the Israel Defense Forces, I have developed and demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills in various challenging and complex situations. As a Company Commander in the Golani Brigade Special Unit, I commanded 140 soldiers, officers, and counters, and specialized in commando and reconnaissance operations with advanced and innovative weapons and capabilities.I participated in several significant missions and campaigns, such as the "Breakwater" Operation and the "Iron Swords" War, and received a certificate of appreciation from the commander of the Judea and Samaria Division for carrying out successful ambushes. I also led the planning and management of military training and operations as a Battalion Operations Officer, and joined the outstanding program of the 36th Division for company commanders, called "Volcanoes". In addition to my military education and training, I hold a BA in Counseling and Human Development from the University of Haifa, and a multidisciplinary degree in Army and National Security from the IDF Tactical Command College.As a Nike Head Coach, my mission is to bring Nike to life for our consumers. The Head Coach is accountable for developing both leaders and athletes within a high profile/volume store to successfully implement Nike’s programs and premium consumer experience(s) in order to drive business results.With over a decade of experience in the worlds of command and management, I have developed methods that combine the military world with the civilian world in everything related to determination, realizing personal and organizational potential, increasing motivation, professionalism and punctuality.
