As a mandatory conscript, I served in the combat fitness sector of the IDF.I worked with a variety of different cadet programs to ensure that every cadet was healthy, fit, free of injury, and able to train in the program to the best of his ability.My time in the IDF was mostly spent with the Combat Communication Officers cadets program, where I oversaw the physical training of the first steps of the program: basic combat, communication, and radio training.As a coach, I kept meticulous track of the cadets to ensure every injured soldier got treated immediately. I fought to make sure our cadets were first in line for physical therapy and ensured they were fed and rested properly before drills.Due to my actions, we had one of the lowest injury rates in the last 6 cohorts, and soldiers that would have been ejected from the program have managed to finish it successfully.
