For many years, I have been in charge of the development and production of a revolutionary machine in the field of printing (automated hot stamping machine). This includes the mechanical design of parts and assemblies in perpetual evolution (solidworks), the manufacture of certain custom parts at the request of the customer by cnc machining and the management of supplies (mainly in China). I also lead the assembly team of the machine through an assembly methodology by successive sub-assemblies that I designed specifically to optimize mass production.It's a demanding job that requires you to constantly evolve your skills and which I really enjoy because my credo is and will always remain the optimization and efficiency of systems.
