Business scope : Organic Farming, FMCG, F&B- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets- Full P&L responsibilities – Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing processes and workflows to ensure high productivity and profitability- Manage brand positioning, differentiation, and brand architecture- Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion, both domestic and international (growth opportunities, market trends and customer insight)

- Develop sales strategies (monthly, quarterly & yearly) to exceed annual sales goals & EBITDA- Direct and lead area sales managers nationwide to ensure sales objectives are achieved- Develop winning strategies that results in new opportunities, sales execution and incremental revenue- Monitor sales channels performance monthly; develop and recommend corrective or supportive actions- Develop strong and lasting business partnerships (MT & GT)

- Monitor and analyze (daily, weekly & monthly) performance’s report for target achievement at modern channel- Make nielsen’s data analysis (Market Share, Sales Volume, Numeric Distribution, etc)- Compiling an annual budget for a brand in modern channel- Set promotion at Key Account & MTI channel- Survey and analyze competitor activities in modern channel like coverage penetration, pricing, POS activities and promotion strategy- Create strategic promotion activities at Key Account and MTI Channel

- Develop brand strategies and plans, make action plan and marketing calendar- Co-lead some specific work streams for the future innovation- Consumer/Market Understanding (Market Visit)- Advertising (strategy/creative brief development, commercial production) - Design marketing plans focusing on media (develop and execute media strategies to reach target consumers), sampling, endorsement, and event marketing- Working on the design and execution of brand campaigns.
