Chief Technology Officer
Current- Develop and implement a technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing product features.- Implement and promote agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project management.- Ensure the adoption of DevOps practices for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing.- Organize the recruitment, hiring, and training of technical staff to build a strong, capable team.- Work closely with other executives and department heads to align technology initiatives with business objectives. - Create and enforce robust security policies and practices to protect sensitive financial data.- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of technology initiatives.
