Job Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition: All vacancies under Group (Manager level and below) - Employee Experience & Engagement - Consultation with every stakeholders in hiring & onboarding process (BU/FU) - Employee Onboarding & Offboarding (onboarding plan, general catch-up, exit interview with report) - Managing & Monitoring the team's KPIs - Annual HR Recruitment budgeting - Annual Job Profile Update - ISO, Internal & External Audit: Handle every relevant process in order to meet their requirement and be ready for unplanned meet from any party. - Monitoring with up to date on the Recruitment process, SOPs, and be aware every stages in team - Reports: Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and any emergent require from team, HR Director, CEO or Consultant - Employer Branding: Administrator of Recruitment channels such as Telegram Channel & LinkedIn Page; Responsible in job posting, sharing company activities/videos, sharing tips in order to attract audiences and talent candidates. - Keep monitoring and fixing on the whole Recruitment database such as Applications Tracking system, Interview, Employee offerings, Probation and any relevant tools in HR System - Work closely with HRBP Manager - Other tasks assigned by HRBP Manager** Direct report to HRBP Manager & Indirect report to HR & Facilities Director**Strength: Growth Mindset, Positive Thinking, Can-do attitude, Open mind, Time Management, Respectful
