Responsibilities:  Plan, coordinate, and execute network design, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair operations for service contract clients. Develop and implement service schedules and procedures to assure delivery of quality, cost-efficient technical services. Assist after-sales engineers with installation and troubleshooting of network systems. Analyze client equipment and operations to determine client needs. Foster clear communications and maintain excellent staff and client working relations.

Responsibilities:  Responsible for contract projects implementation, troubleshooting and solving all technical problems  Propose and document project technical solutions, including network topology designs, route designs, service designs, QoS designs etc Instruct and help onsite engineers to understand technical solutions and to perform their installation and configuration works Responsible for Alcatel IP device and IP network system test.
