• Establish current organization chart (33 persons) to align with the strategy plan and setup the process to realize the simplified and efficiency Order to Cash (O2C) process.(Current annual revenue 0.5 BCNY business at + 15% increasement)• Guarantee the current service level (OTIF > 98%) and improve original requested on KSA (>95%) by prioritizing and align the resource. • Optimize ITO (Inventory Turn Over, from 2.5 to 4.5) by improving the Raw material sourcing strategy, service level and inventory structure optimization (reduce/eliminate Slow Moving/Non Moving). • Support the efficient production by best in planning practice through optimize the MPS and planning strategy, and align the product strategy with client request and prioritize & order volatility to guarantee the service.• Manage the outsourcing contractor (3 subcontractors) to deliver the same qualified product and service.• Review, update and adopt the export process with external environment (especially new policy updated from China FDA and CIQ). Keep the relationship with government to best clarified of policy to smooth the business flow at exportation. • Evaluate whole supply process and set up business contingency plan together with commercial and operation department by building up Safety stock and Planning strategy• Work with HR partner to brew the talents by introducing related and cultivate the career ladder in team. • Integrate sales demand with Supply capacity by monthly holding S&OP meeting, which shall best in fit with balance between demand and supply. • Anchor Tactical plan by demand review and exploded into SNP (Supply Network Planning) in the 6 month horizontal to align with strategy plan and cascade down into operation plan on daily basis.

Manage flavor production for whole nation which dispersed into 2 workshops and 6 processing lines with 50 subordinated production workers, which will donate at 5,000 ton/year and increase at annual +15%). • Guarantee the production running complained with HS&E regulation, and manage the TRC within controller level and 0 LTC case. Conduct the site emergency drill on regular basis.• Arrange production schedule align with material planning and guarantee the production attained with MPS (Production attachment > 98%)• Manage the production staff align with production instruction and control the product quality under Quality Index. Conduct the internal investigation regarding to the product failure Non-Conformance.• Work with planning team to define the best-in-fit order pattern to align the best-costing batch size• Work with engineering team to conduct TPM and prevent the unplanned shutdown. In addition, improve the production efficiency by facilitating changeover and introduction of atomization of RM preparation. • Involve in the NPI process with conducting first 3 batches production with technical industrialization team and finalize the production instruction.• Manage the sampling preparation and distributed for supporting pre-sales activity in ZPA.• Work with Human Resource to establish Skill ranking project by conducting systematical training and introducing sets of evaluation system to help enhance internal competency.
