1. Backup Champion for manufacturing system synchronization project for Johnson Control Manufacturing System (JCMS) fall under Design for Manufacturing(DFM).2. Engaged with Guangzhou and Wuxi plant for Johnson Control system standardization adhering to Johnson Control Global requirements.3. Drive and implement ECN and MSO into department dairy practise according to JCMS's standards.4. Maintain successful relationships with supply, manufacturing, and regulatory departments.5. Evaluate and improve existing design and assembly methods in order to optimize quality, productivity and cost.6. Drive internal quality issue through 8D and why-why analysis approached.

• New tooling design discussion and molded parts verification, molded parts buy-off. • To assist project leader to implement the design activities. • To liaise with vendor for design improvement and cost reduction. • To monitor the progress and modification of mold and die. • Responsible for designing structural parts of LCD TV (plastic, metal parts, silicone, etc.);from idea conception, to 3D modelling, to prototype R&D, to part development, to product evaluations, to final product manufacturing. Besides that, also emerged in planning, negotiating, organizing, coordinating, managing job with various part suppliers, worldwide manufacturers, inter-department and in-house production plant. Liaise closely with international parties (China, Japan, Slovakia, etc).• Highly passionate towards end-end design/managing basis work. Entrusted as Project Leader for Value-added-analysis (VAA), and Mechanical Team Leader for Reverse Engineering. • Ability to analyse and create solutions in considering cost, lead time, and quality, maintenance, safety regulations, legal stipulations, the environment, and other production guidelines. • Able to handle pressure, long working hours, frequent travel, and multitasking due to project demand.
