Familiar with MAS TRM Guideline and part of the team to build it into day-to-day Technology Risk Management operations and reporting.Involved in several MAS IT audit, audit questionnaire preparation and information collection. Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of the Bank Group’s and regulators’ Technology Risk Management related policies, guidelines and initiatives for proactive risk management. Formulate process/ controls to ensure compliance to regulations and Bank’s policies applicable to department. Perform Key Risk Indicator (KRI) report to identify ,assess and advising on technology risks and track risk items. Support management in risk oversight and governance through periodic review and report of technology risk profile / dashboard. Perform system obsolescence report to constantly evaluate the state of IT systems. Manage system upgrade planning and mitigate the risks of system obsolescence. Maintain bank system obsolete rate within pre-difined threshold. Conduct assessment of Technology Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Regulatory Risk Self-Assessment (RRSA).Conduct assessment of the compliance to the Cyber Risk Resilience and Policy (CRRP).In charge of IT operational cost chargeback. Compute public & private cloud based system charging rating.Plan, manage, monitor and forecast IT operational running cost.Manage IT cost on hardware depreciation & software amortization from annual Capex spending.
