My life is about how I face challengesAs a way of facing challenges, I have decided to transfer to Soongsil University in order to achieve my dream of becoming electrical engineer. The reason why I chose Soongsil University’s electronic engineer department is because they focused on teaching electric power system and area of high voltage. After the entrance I suffered from thyroid hypothyroidism. But even this chronic disease made me push myself harder. In an attempt to overcome the disease I started to learn Judo and went as far as becoming the head of Judo club that I have established. Also, for a new adventure, I travelled India for a month from January 2014 to February 2014. Through the journey, I went to desert, cities and village where Sudra, the lowest in the caste system, lived. By witnessing how hard it is for them to get clean water, I realized how much I should appreciate the easiness to get water in Korea. Through this trip, I started to have a new dream of establishing economic friendly power generator, which enables many people to use electricity. As a step toward my dream, I am currently working in Korea Power Exchange(KPX) as an intern to learn practical business affairs and to test myself.
