I am a Partner at Gornitzky & Co., one of Israel's leading corporate law firms, where I focus on cross-border M&A, represent foreign funds and strategics in their acquisition of Israeli companies, as well as Israeli sellers. In addition, I represent start-up companies from incorporation, through all financing rounds, until exit or IPO, as well as more mature private and public companies. I also represent Israeli companies and technology providers in their commercial transactions (on-going, projects etc.). In connection with such, I have gained considerable experience in advising clients and managing transactions in the television and film industry. Prior to joining Gornitzky & Co., I spent five years as a Business Development & International Sales Manager in the high-tech industry, particularly in the fields of enterprise software and telecommunications. I utilize this past business experience to provide the clients (from entrepreneurs to experienced investors and CEOs) with advice regarding their ongoing commercial and corporate activities, including the drafting of business agreements and commercial contracts.
