- Manage development, dev-ops, and operations projects for multiple clients, of various levels of complexity – ranging from web systems development, to complex heterogeneous systems consisting of hundreds of virtual instances and multiple subsystems- Work with clients across different industries- Manage cloud-hosted (AWS) operations for large multi-tier systems- Define management processes custom-tailored for each project, considering the relevant factors: project scale, budget, resources, client expectations, complexity etc. Adopt agile development methodologies and processes, mainly SCRUM.- Serve the main POC for clients. Act as “middle-tier” between the stakeholders - clients (often non-technology oriented) and OmniTI’s engineering teams, defining business requirements- Ensure adherence to regulations as required by projects (HIPAA, HITECH, PCI-DSS etc)- Lead projects from their inception (contract proposals) to successful delivery and support, ensuring clients’ expectations are met with regards to budget, schedule and quality of the deliverables- Lead engineering teams (developers, system engineers, DBAs) via different methodologies, adapted for specific project needs.- Manage multiple subcontractors (e.g. external security auditing, 3rd party software vendors, infrastructure providers)- Work with OmniTI’s engineers to enable them to perform at their full potential- Facilitate and maintain support processes for 24/7 SLAsPlatforms and technologies: Linux, Solaris, Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3 and others), various web technologies (PHP, Perl, NodeJS), database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL), configuration management and access technologies (Ansible, Chef, VPN etc.)

- Lead development of large-scale distributed and hierarchical command and control system for homeland security (~35 man/years). Integrate with multiple external systems (sensors, actuators, video, external command and control, intelligence etc.)- Take leading role in definition of solution and architecture.
