WHAT I DO: I lead research and product development for Kamedis, the dermocosmetic brand that is bringing together medicinal herbs from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern scientific advances to treat common skin conditions. After gaining my PhD in immunology, I established and managed research labs for several years before switching to the biotech industry, where I lead medical research at the very forefront of the immunology field. Today, I develop herbal extracts and innovative exclusive botanical combinations from idea to market, creating effective dermocosmetic solutions that control skin immunity for conditions like eczema (atopic, contact dermatitis, etc.), acne, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, cold sores and itchy, dry, irritated skin. I also have broad experience in leading international projects supported by government grants, creating collaborations and leading projects with global companies.
