Studying electrical engineering made me a very technical person, this is very important for supporting jobs in the engineering field. Then when I worked at Toyota Indonesia, I started to learn how to make a system that included technical and strategic matters. How to arrange people with different backgrounds and characteristics so that they are happy to enter the system that we created, and I love it. I am very happy to see how the system we have created is really useful for the company, speeds up operations, and makes it easier for people to work. My scope of work is to create a technology-based system for coal production operations. Changing what was originally manual, difficult, and long to do into a real-time automatic, integrated, easy, and fast to do. I handled full cycle technology-based projects from planning to execution and evaluation. I have the ability to choose the right type of technology to use in certain conditions and how the technology system works to facilitate the user's work. And again, it is very pleasant to see that the technology system that we have made is effective and has leveled up the company's operations. I have participated in several improvement competitions both at the corporate and national levels.
