• Serve as the primary HRA Representative at DB Grant and Associates Back 2 Work Program (B2W).• Provide clarification of complex employment mandates as stipulated by government policies and the B2W Vendor agreements as well as written suggestions for program improvements and innovation• Prepare daily activity reports and ensure that HRA policies and procedures are disseminated and understood by the assigned B2W Vendor and relevant personnel • Address client employment barriers and reasonable accommodations requests received from Customers and the B2W Vendor• Maintain a tracking log for participants; ensure compliance with employment service plan requirements• Resolve attendance issues to settle conciliations, resulting from vendor or Work Experience Program assignment• Help exceed vendor’s employment quotas by utilizing my interpersonal, computer, customer service and bilingual skills • Sustain a working relationship with staff members from HRA and B2W Vendor to carry out daily program goals and both program’s shared vision.
