There is always a reason why there is a task, so we need to ask ourselves why the task is considered trivial in the first place. If we can find the real reason of the task, then I can work on to improve it is no longer trivial at all. This is how going over and beyond should, as no matter how small the task is, it is part of the bigger picture. Even 1 small pixel on the screen will create the big picture on a monitor.
