CurrentAdvise the 57 OG Commander as the technical and program management expert on all future and emerging operations and training activities. Plan, organize and develop advanced integrated training and evaluation requirements. Evaluate the operational effectiveness, suitability, and technical capabilities of emerging and modified hardware and software. Direct and implement procedures for airfield movement of over 400 aircrafts. Coordinate with MAJCOM staffs regarding future operational requirements for advanced multi-domain training and tactics development. Provide expertise on the strategic, operational, and tactical application of airpower plans and procedures to influence emerging capabilities by advising the feasibility and suitability of new systems. Serves as technical advisor for advanced exercises, TACP training, and USAF Aggressor programs. Drives strategic planning, tactical execution, result analysis, and reporting of technical program activities. Leads joint multi-domain training to challenges and develop airpower integration. Develops policies, procedures, and directives for USAFWC and HQ ACC. Discharge security responsibilities by ensuring compliance with security directives for personnel with access to classified/sensitive material. Develops plans, testing, training, and resource requirements. Evaluate technological systems against all current and applicable DoD, joint and AF directives and instructions. Ensure squadrons comply with DoD guidance and with Public Law. Perform, evaluate, and coordinate work which involves interrelated aspects of design, operation, and performance of technical systems and countermeasures in test, training, and operational use. Lead the development of concepts, fundamental philosophies or methodologies, and procedures required for effective ops.
