Currently responsible for business development at Fortuga Bio Inc. Fortuga Bio is a research-driven biotechnology company established in 2021 with a mission to develop a therapeutic platform for treatment of various types of cancer. Our platform incorporates advanced methods in immunology, genetics and cell biology to improve the lives of patients in need. Former experiences include PhD. at RWTH Aachen (Germany) with main research focus on image analysis of cytoskeletal structures of animal cells using various state-of-the-art tools including machine learning, super resolution confocal microscopy, hydrogel-based topographic substrates, etc. Previous industrial experience include 5 years as a research scientist at R&D Center, LG Household & Health Care Ltd., South Korea. Handled various tasks including cosmetic formula development, open innovation research, cosmetic ingredient analysis, and CRO. Bachelor's degree in biology from UC San Diego, CA, and Master's degree in bioengineering from Seoul National University, South Korea.
