• Overall operative management and company activities in the field of wind energy sector • Responsible for the contacts and grid connection activities with Power Distribution Companies E.ON Bulgaria, Energo Pro Bulgaria and National Electricity Company• Drawing and aligning the local company strategy with the headquarters in Denmark• Planning, coordinating, supervising and handling of wind energy projects in accordance to company’s policy on the Bulgarian market; • Financial project modeling and cost evaluation;• Networking with energy utility companies, public and local authorities in the area of activities, regulatory authorities, stakeholders and partners of the company;• Responsibility for the implementation of the company values, strategy and main objectives on the Bulgarian market;

• Project management, planning, coordination and execution of company activities in the field of wind energy sector;• Handling of wind energy projects during the whole project cycle;• Setting up the company office in Bulgaria and implementing the corporate spirit on the Bulgarian market;• Establishing relations with energy utility companies (E.ON Bulgaria, CEZ Bulgaria, National Electricity Company, Energy System Operator), public and regulatory authorities, identifying potential partners and stakeholders; • Participating in the selection and training of local team members;

• Providing a comprehensive package of commercial services to Danish companies and customer relationship management on consultancy basis and fulfilling the financial targets as set by the Embassy;• Elaboration of business offers, handling trade requests, execution of market surveys, partner searches, study visits etc;• Promotion of matchmaking events between Danish and Bulgarian companies, trade missions and trade fairs;• Following market trends, preparation of relevant market analysis and provision of commercial information;• Data bank management and relation management with relevant Danish and Bulgarian authorities;• Monitoring and assistance in bilateral and EU-funded projects;

• Gathering and provision of information on market trends, agricultural statistics and government policy for the sectors Agriculture and Forestry;• Preparation of analysis and reports to on agricultural issues;• Promotion of matchmaking events, working visits, answering trade requests;• Monitoring and assistance in evaluation of bilateral and EU funded projects;• Organization of seminars, trade missions and trainings for government officials and business representatives;• Data bank management and relation management with relevant Netherlands and Bulgarian agricultural authorities;

• Organization and coordination of the PAA-office and permanent support to the PAA and Short Term Experts;• Management support of the EU-Member State project teams and relation management with Twinning partners from the MS country, different Bulgarian ministries and regional authorities;• Preparing and arranging of seminars, workshops and study tours;• Project management support in preparation of project documentation and reports; • Overall responsibility for preparation, communication, financial and organizational accomplishment of Twinning training activities;
