Control, handle and manage: Suppliers Quality Procedures Specifications, Drawings, BOM’s. and all actions refer to the suppliers.-Internal audits, non-conformity management, Incoming controls, FMEA and traceability. -Systematically implementing all the actions necessary for ensuring the suppliers products to meet the specified requirements.-Responsible for collecting the quality and production indicators for the suppliers.-Responsible of promoting corrective or preventive actions to improve the quality of the suppliers (rejects reduction, non-quality costs reduction).

• Mainly responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance management.• Responsible for ensuring that suppliers and co-manufacturers meet standards for quality, safety, consistency and regulatory compliance.• Gather documents from suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3rd Party warehouses for assuring regulatory and quality compliance.• Conduct a risk assessment of suppliers, co-manufacturers and 3rd Party warehouses.• Plan, coordinate, and conduct audits; and prepare reports on audits and corrective actions related to supplier quality assurance.• Assure sample receipts, frequency and methods of product evaluations from 3rd party manufacturing plants.• Assists Vendor Management with Quality metrics for supplier scorecard.• Document and resolve non-conforming co-manufactured products, and/or ingredients, and materials for Orgachim manufacturing and co-manufacturing plants.• Communicate when new or changed ingredients, materials or processes require a trial based on Orgachim’s quality system.• Determine frequency, and facilitate management review, with suppliers, co-manufacturers and 3rd Party warehouses based on program goals.• Implement business processes through QMS to support Orgachim’s quality objectives.• Ensure that users of Supplier Management and Auditing functions in the QMS are trained• Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, regulators, and the general public.

- Responsible for planning, allocating and controlling the resources and the operations in the production.- Planning the work load and the managing the whole production staff in order to meet the budget and the planned volume.- Ensuring the respect of the existing and implementing of new quality standards in the production.- Acting as Project Manager in case of technical projects need for enhancements or new site equipment.- Liaising with various intercompany departments.- Responsible for implementing of new products.- Preparing regular operational and management reports.- Responsible for evaluation and training of the production staff.

- Ensure the reliability of the mass production of the products for automotive industry.- New products and processes developing and implementation- Propose and implement actions for cost reduction and improvement of the quality of the products - Control, improvement, optimisation and developing of the processes in the mass production lines.- Create and update technical specifications and working instructions- Internal audits, non conformity management, FMEA and traceability in the production.

To organize and assure acceptance of new equipment as well as maintenance of process equipment in order to maintain process and equipment capabilities. To supervise, organize and train engineers and technicians for maintenance of the equipment. To organize and assure ordering and delivering of the spare parts necessary for the equipment. To create, organize and maintain instructions for operation, maintenance and statistic of the process equipment.
