1. Be responsible for new products lead-in into plant after product design is completed; Take part in new product development as represent of plant.2. Manage and lead NPS team to complete new products development in plant, guarantee the standard of relevant design, quality and technology; 3. Organize project development after CONCEPT stage, make action plans which involves new projects development to ensure project completion in timely; Participate in the product design review led by PDD team for new products;4. Lead EBR & Pilot Run; During the mass production, participate in the product/process design improvement in terms of quality and cost;5. Weekly Report to project manager about the new products status.6. Manage ECR，maintain ECR data in SAP, create engineer BOM, as well as purchase version, EBR and pilot version and production version of new products.7. Department daily management, objectives setting and performance appraisal for team members.

1. Manage all production-related issues for new product launches in plant, as well as represent plant’s production group during new product development. 2. Project management: Lead project team (cross-function) to develop new products (faucet and shower), as a project manager.3. Working with marketing and finance for new products cost analyses and CER application. 4. Prepare technical document for tollgate meeting.5. Working with SQE to get components PPAP approved.6. Managing EBR and pilot to transfer new products to production department.7. NPS department management: Team building, team management and team members’ performance appraisal.8. Establish new product development procedure.9. New products review after being launched.

1. New components development, from sourcing to launching. 2. Developing new vendors, vendor survey and vendor management.3. Quality control: First parts inspection, IPQC and outgoing inspection for components.

1. New product development: Structure design for new faucets, fixture and tooling design for components made in house. Set up BOM and other documents in SAP. 2. Working with sourcing department to get the quotation of new components and doing cost analyses for new products; 3. Working with QA department to control the quality of new products and inspecting the products of first shipment.4. Leading EBR and pilot for new products.5.
