- Manage ad-hoc analytics request; ranging from simple KPI development to full-blown predictive models using advanced statistical methods. - Responsible for the acquisition, development, implementation, and management of an Azure centralized data repository. - Power-BI Administrator responsible for retrieving data from both external and internal sources, and in turn providing clean data for dashboard development. - As the first Analyst hire at the institution, developed strategic plan for the position, and for a yet to be established future Data Analytics department. - Assisted Vice Chancellor of Institutional Excellence with any research and/or data requests.- Increased use of data informed decision making by taking the roll of a roaming data consultant to provide advice and assistance to other departments. Thus, enhancing the overall data literacy for the college.- In consult with IT, acquired all the necessary resources and licenses to begin development and deployment of visually interactive dashboards utilizing Power-BI. Many of them being custom tailored for a specific individual's needs, and subsequently published to their respective Teams environment.

- Conducted quantitative academic research in consort with PhD researchers in order to maximize publication counts, and grant research dollars for the Picard Center of Child Development and Lifelong Learning. Cited author on over ~100 publications.- Responsible for the FERPA/HIPPA compliant on-site data warehouse infrastructure. In addition to taking on duties equivalent to that of a system/database administrator. - Developed, conducted, and analyzed a longitudinal survey of K-12 students in Louisiana. Beginning with survey design and layout, all the way to producing actionable reports and subsequently increasing the ability for publication output of the research center.

- Served as the Interim Executive Director in order to allow the WACNO Board, of which I was a member and returned after my tenure as ED, additional time to complete the search for a new ED.

- Provided policy expertise for a Louisiana Gubernatorial race. Served as Policy Director and Lead Researcher.- Assisted candidate by developing speeches and policy positions in tandem, while also providing support for more junior staff members.- Developed, conducted, and analyzed multiple voter surveys. Analyzed the data to be used for targeted ad buys, along with producing voter behavior profiles by demographic features and geographical areas.

- Conducted an Opposition Research campaign for a US Senate election cycle. - Managed an increasing number of staff as the campaign ramped-up; coordinated constant tracking of opposition candidates utilizing a network of informants and digital tracking techniques. - Recognized as the most impactful Opposition Researcher operative in the nation by the NRSCC for the 2014 election cycle.

- Aspen Institute: Socrates Program Scholarship recipient (2014)- Responsible for membership renewal and strategic partnerships. Developed processes and protocols resulting in a significant increase of membership retention. - Managed a small (3-5) revolving team of interns, and junior staff, to assist with member renewal meetings and general research. - Assisted other departments in improving process efficiencies and data collection & analysis. This provided actionable insights to ensure the most appropriate time and tactics are chosen given the client profile type.

- Maintained the Liberal Arts computer lab, and assisted students with IT problems and research inquiries.- Instructor of Record for three semesters; American Government [1x] and International Relations [2x].

- Testified before a Louisiana State House Subcommittee as a proponent for a National Popular Vote, and to de facto abolish the Electoral College.- Met with numerous state legislatures in an attempt to sway their opinions, and influence their colleagues.

- Responsible for maintaining the onsite FERPA/HIPPA compliant data warehouse for the Picard Center for Child Development and Lifelong Learning.- Involved in the development of a SharePoint data repository for secure dissemination of analytical reports for a grant funded longitudinal data study of Louisiana K-12 students.- Provided general IT support to the research center staff, in addition to System and Database Administrator responsibilities. Maintained all MS Server services: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, File Shares, etc. Along with the physical network infrastructure housed within an onsite Network Operations Center (NOC).

- Provided tier-2 IT support for a regional utilities company.- Responsible for troubleshooting issues with "no apparent solution". Bringing additional value to the IT team by developing creative and innovative solutions to issues that would have otherwise went unsolved.- Ensured IT service and support for office staff in addition to all outlying power plants, wastewater treatment plants, and electrical switching stations control systems were operating at 99.9% uptime.

- Provided IT and computer support services for the school board central office and associated district. - Assigned to work with Title-I schools within the district. Acquired a keen ability to learn how to "do more, with less" by the nature of our funding.- Worked on a team responsible for dozens of schools, 100s of computer labs & libraries, and 1000s of PCs & end-users. Ensuring all tickets are addressed promptly in order to mitigate potential for any educational regress.
