Provided dedicated enterprise support for clients of the Adobe Digital Marketing Suite. The support included training, troubleshooting, auditing users and settings, auditing site implementations, and anything else required by the client. It included owning the reactive piece so completely, that we could move to the proactive piece to drive real value.

Works directly with clients, primarily Fortune 500 companies, using the Adobe Online Marketing Suite, Powered by Omniture, to address any technical questions or issues via phone, email, and chat. Also provides Japanese support.

My role was CRM: managing 35 accounts of affiliated websites using the SpinGo Calendar to access the comprehensive database of events. I handled implementation, sales, tech support, quality assurance, consulting, and overall account management. I was the window person to radio stations, newspapers, magazines, and other sites. I was also involved in venue and user marketing, co-marketing with local events, and social media management. Setup queries for reports from the database. Worked closely with the development team in the design of the user interface and functionality of our product.

· Utilized skills in Japanese, sales, etc. for Toyota's world-class production system· Negotiated sales for items exceeding 50k as account representative for Toyota AL

Taught English to a wide variety of students, from working professionals like Japanese flight attendants and computer engineers, to housewives and university students. Lessons also included cultural discussion.
