I am graduated from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University, where I am learning about various aspects of information technology, such as software development, database management, and cybersecurity. I am passionate about solving problems and applying my skills to real-world challenges.I have some experience in the field of networking, as I have obtained the CCNA certification and completed a training program in CCNA, MCSA, and Infrastructure at Sufaraa Alhedayaa Association, where I also work as an IT Help Desk, providing technical support and troubleshooting for the organization's IT systems and devices. Additionally, I am enrolled in an AWS Cloud Computing program at alx_africa, where I am developing my skills and knowledge in cloud computing, using AWS services and tools. I have also participated in the ECPC Egyptian Collegiate Programming Contest, where I demonstrated my problem-solving and coding abilities. I am eager to learn more and advance my career in the IT industry.
