Taught Excel and Access for Medical Assistant Students

I aligned with a cross-functional team to create the product strategy for an interactive automation software to achieve internal initiatives. Additionally, I gathered customer feedback from driving the innovation of end-to-end educational product vision.• Performance Management: Defined and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) for emerging technology and assessment tools using analytics and business intelligence (BI) software. • Software Engineering: Expanded scope of the role to include product by leveraging software engineering, programming, and full-stack software development skillset.• Team Leadership: Supervised the technology team to ensure the on-time delivery of services across the entire department.

I established a foundation of knowledge regarding the innovation objective of key stakeholders while evangelizing the organizational vision and building consensus around an achievable roadmap strategy. In this role, I commanded all aspects of the educational product experience for 17K students in 173 countries. Additionally, I conducted due diligence research on MOOC methods and proactively identified ways to measure course effectiveness. — Product Management: Authored all content, organized film crew, documented and published online content, and solicited feedback from end-users.— Curriculum Development: Earned faculty recognition for active interdisciplinary curriculum development.

I orchestrated the build of customer software and computational models supporting institutional research by partnering with the interdisciplinary team. I also ensured the timing precision supporting psychophysics research for Interhemispheric transfer use and implemented a study with JavaScript, Python, Open Source API, and data analytics.• Product Management: Built bespoke clinical trial software suite for Army grant by effectively managing entire product lifecycles from solutions development and delivery to requirements gathering, testing, quality assurance (QA), product launch, and support.• Software Engineering: Built a suite that is used in clinical trials for a DoA grant.
